Are you able to arrange discounted wholesale/bulk orders?

Yes, wholesale orders can be arranged, with a discount corresponding to the number of pieces ordered. Please message for details.

What are your estimated shipping times?

Shipping to the UK: 2-3 working days (including Saturdays).
Shipping to the Europe: 3-5 working days.
Shipping to the USA: 5-7 working days.
Everywhere else: 5-7 working days.

Do you offer options for tracked shipping?

Yes. Tracked shipping is available as a shipping upgrade during checkout. Tracked shipping times may be faster than standard shipping, and new estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Gift wrapping is available during checkout under shipping upgrades. Gifts will be wrapped in a shiny metallic foil envelope with an optional gift message.

Gift boxes are also available, and sometimes come free with certain products (such as cufflinks).

I think my package is lost/delayed. What can I do?

Sometimes things go wrong in the mail system, and items may be delayed. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for the delays caused by external postal services.

Within the UK, Royal Mail officially considers packages lost after 13 working days from postage. For Europe, this is after 25 working days. For the USA and the rest of the world, after 32 working days. If your package is lost, I will send replacement packages and guarantee their delivery to you.

If the mailing system is unreliable in your country, I would recommend upgrading to a tracked shipping service. Tracking is available as a shipping upgrade during checkout.

My item arrived damaged. Can I be sent a replacement?

Yes. Please message me with a photograph of the damaged items, and I will make arrangements to have replacements sent to you.

Is your packaging discreet? How are your items described on customs labels?

Products are shipped in unmarked padded envelopes, with a label stating the name, address, and a return address. Items are double-wrapped in a sealed brown envelope within, and attached to a backing card (or in a padded gift box when buying cufflinks, or when purchased as a gift-wrap upgrade).

Customs labels are filled with generic descriptions such as ‘metal badges’ or ‘cufflinks’.
